woo hoo!

in case you're wondering, we're still celebrating.  today marks the end of it.  noah's superhero in training party and mike's much lower-key, but still totally fun and all-about-him party this evening. :) 

mike's a good sport.  he really is.  his birthday is always at the tail end of two sometimes over-the-top celebrations.  he's happy to enjoy a quiet evening at home with his family.  i love that about him.  i will add, however, that we do celebrate him with food and love and a gift or two.  this morning i made him banana muffins and coffee -- so it's not like he has it all that bad. ;)
